An Owner’s Title Insurance Policy will be provided at Seller’s expense by Cislo Title Company giving marketable title subject to easements and restrictions of record. The Escrow Agent will be Cislo Title Company (First American Underwriter/Insurer), 40700 Woodward Ave, Suite 300, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan 48304; Title License #MI0022142; Melissa Landry-Presser, (248) 935-1495. Buyer agrees that Cislo Title Company will hold any escrow deposits for the auction. Any deposits being held will be immediately refunded if the bidder is not the successful buyer. If the buyer is the successful winning bidder Cislo Title Company will retain the deposit per the auction purchase agreement terms and the amount held will be credited toward the purchase price.
A bidder’s packet will be  available  online  and  will  include  Purchase Agreement, Property Disclosure, and the Agency Disclosure.
