|The Toledo Club Wild Game Dinner
Members start with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres on the first floor with vendor displays in the Centennial and Red Rooms, then move to the Main Dining Room for dinner with an extensive assortment of wild game dishes. Chef Michael Rosendaul has fixed alligator sausage, python tempura, kangaroo, pheasant, buffalo, wild boar, venison, and much more.
Pamela Rose will be the auctioneer for the evening’s event.
