Auto Lifts: Rigging and removal of sold equipment is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Removal may not begin until payment has been made in full and the auction sale is complete by appt within 7 business days and not removed during general pick up . All lifts Must be removed through authorized rigging company, whom has presented a certificate of insurance for $1,000,000.00 Naming Pamela Rose Auction Co. LLC and seller as the insured Compliance Certificate Winning bidder can use G-2000, Inc. or any insured lift company that specializes in dismantling lifts and agrees to pay vendor directly for the costs of dismantling Auto Lifts.
The Auctioneer does not ship, pack, or move items. All such packaging, handling and shipping is at the sole risk of the winning Bidder, and the Auctioneer shall have no liability for any loss or damage to such items. It is the full responsibility of the winning Bidder to schedule any shipping or make special arrangements if necessary. It is advised that you contact the shipper before bidding to get an estimated cost. Shipping will only be to the address listed on the invoice. Shipping out of state may be held till credit card clears. May need proof of identification or bank wire if invoice totals $2,000.00 or more.

Staggered Closing: The online only auction has a staggered closing. The staggered closing works as follows: All items will close in a per determined increment per item per minute, until all lots are closed.
Extended Bidding: This online only auction has an extended bidding feature. The closing time of a lot is automatically extended 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed in the last 2 minutes of the lot's closing time. The bidding for the lot will close when a period of 2 minutes has expired without an additional bid.
