The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances, and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. A Buyers Premium of 5% will be charged over and above the highest bid at auction.

That part of Block Number Five (5) on the Map of J. A. Scott & Co.’s Addition to Miami City in the City of Maumee, Lucas County, Ohio, bounded and described as follows:
